Teaching description
good knowledge of cultural heritage and computer skills
The Common Seminar is an interactive laboratory in which students, according to their background in the fields of archaeology, history and art, may integrate Cultural Heritage knowledge with ITC through thematic working group and practical applications
Through the seminar work, students must be able to develop and implement their own ideas related to the enhancement and communication of Cultural Heritage, using different digital technologies.
They will be able to create their own path of study, express their communication skills and acquire the skills related to the management of complementary resources available.
Further objectives that the student should acquire at the end of the course are:
- ability to analyze and synthesize information
- ability to communicate effectively (transmit ideas in oral and written form in a clear and correct manner, appropriate to the interlocutor)
- ability to work in a group (know how to coordinate with others by integrating skills)
the Common Seminar consists of seminar group-work (e-learing), which requires the direct involvement of the student, called to deepen an aspect or an idea on enhancement and communication of cultural heritage and to present it to the teacher and colleagues
The student will be evaluated on the basis of the quality and quantity of the contents exposed during the oral examination, the formal correctness of the exposition and the capacity for critical reflection and argumentation.
The overall assessment will also take into account the seminar activity during which the student will be assessed on the basis of the following criteria: content consistency and problem management skills, exhibition capacity and language properties, ability to work in a group.
